What we do

Four kinds of support, one team who knows you.

Hope Harbour is approved to deliver in-home support, social and community participation, supported accommodation and respite across Melbourne. Most people start with one and add another as life changes.

Not sure which one

You do not have to know the right name for it.

Nobody should need to learn NDIS vocabulary before they can ask for help.

Tell us what an ordinary hard week looks like. What you cannot get done, where you get stuck, what you have stopped doing because it became too much. We will translate that into support types and plan line items, and tell you what your funding will realistically stretch to.

If the answer is a different provider, or a support coordinator, or an allied health assessment before anything else, we will tell you that instead. We would rather be useful than signed up.

How our supports fit together

A fairly typical combination looks like this.

  1. Weekday mornings

In-home support for personal care and breakfast, four days a week.

  2. Two afternoons

Community participation. Gym on Tuesday, a TAFE course on Thursday.

  3. One weekend a month

Short Term Accommodation, so the family gets a predictable break.

Same provider, same coordinator, one set of paperwork, and workers who already know the routine.

Ready when you are

Let's work out what good support looks like for you.

No obligation, no sales pitch, and no charge for the conversation. If we are not the right provider we will say so.
