Using this site

You are welcome to read, print and share anything on this website. Please do not misrepresent it as your own, use it to mislead anyone, or attempt to interfere with the site or the people using it.

Information here is general

Everything on this site is general information about the supports we provide. It is not advice about your particular situation, and it is not medical, legal or financial advice. NDIS rules, prices and processes change. We keep this site current to the best of our ability, but for anything that matters, talk to us, your support coordinator, or the NDIA directly.

Nothing on this site creates an agreement to provide support. Support begins when we have both signed a service agreement.

Prices

We charge at or below the maximum prices in the current NDIS Price Guide. Where this site mentions costs, they are indicative. Your actual costs will be set out in your service agreement and quoted before you commit to anything.

Photography

The photographs on this website are licensed stock images. The people shown are models and are not Hope Harbour participants or staff. We have chosen it this way rather than publish images of real participants without a clear consent process. When we do use photographs of the people we support, it will be with their written consent and it will say so.

Links to other sites

We link to the NDIS Commission, the NDIA, advocacy services and other organisations because they are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Forms you submit

When you submit a referral, enquiry or job application, you are telling us the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that where the information is about someone else you have their permission to provide it. See our privacy policy for what we do with it.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot guarantee it. If you need to reach us and the site is down, call 0414 851 688.

Intellectual property

The Hope Harbour name, logo and the text of this site belong to Hope Harbour. The NDIS name and logo belong to the National Disability Insurance Agency and are used in accordance with their guidelines.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
